Class description
GWF Costume class: Class will be shown in the walk. Judged based on best costume. Riders are allowed to be led if needed. Ribbons and prizes.
Beginner classes : For beginner riders. Coaches/handlers permitted in ring for safety if needed
Warm-up: Is an unjudged round that you can do before your classes, just let the ingate person know that you are doing your warm-up. You can choose to do one of the two hunter trips as your warm-up. Please be aware that we only have one ring going so if you have 3 refusals you may be asked to leave the ring.
Crossrail Hunter: For inexperienced riders or horse/ponies. Simple leads not to be penalized. Riders may cross-enter Beg. Crossrails
Short/Long 2’: Open to horses & ponies. Short Stirrup 12 & under; Long Stirrup 13 & up; Short Stirrup riders in first 2 years of showing 2’; Long Stirrup same or rider has not shown over 2’ fences in 5 years or more.
Hopeful Hunter 2’3”: Open to all horses & ponies.
Schooling Hunter 2’6”: Open to all horses & ponies.
Open/Regular Working Hunter 3’ / 3'6";: Open to all horses and riders.
$500 Mini Prix: Open to all horses and riders. The order of go will be a blind draw and will be posted at the end gate at least 1 hour before the class. Fences will not be higher or wider than 3'. There is a guarnateed $500 prize money.
Table II, Sec. 2 (a/b)—At management’s discretion, each exhibitor may have the
option of taking part in the jump-off at the completion of their round as in 2(b), or after all
exhibitors have completed their first round
Equatation u/s. may be asked to perform different movements such as dropping stirrups, sitting trot, hand gallop, and may ride through a pattern. The beginner Eq will only be presenting in the walk and trot.
Dressage Suitability: Open to all horse and riders. Will be judged on horse and rider combination best suited for dressage. Maybe asked to halt, rein back, legnthen strides, sitting trot. Competitors may show in any type of English tack. Winner will be awarded a neck ribbon and cash or prizes.
Dressage Ride a Test: Competitors are required to provide a copy of their dressage test of choice. After each test the judge will talk to each competitor before exiting the ring about the ride. All test must be USDF recognized and can be found on www.usdf.org

responsible for any accident or loss which may occur to any exhibitor, spectators, guest, rider,
rider, groom, attendant, other employees, animals, or equipment at the events. All owners and
competitors are personally responsible for damages to third persons caused by themselves, their
employees, their agents, their horses, or their dogs.
